Module 2: Onboarding & Probationary Periods

Probationary Periods

Run the first six months with structure. The underperformance process map shows you where you sit on the ladder, the Probation Manager handles confirmation, extension and termination letters, and the Probation Performance Templates include the scripted check-ins from Week 1 to Month 6. For the formal underperformance tools (RoED, PIP, written warning), see Managing Underperformance.
