Development Plan Generator

Turn an educator's development areas into a full, practical plan. For each area, AI drafts an OKR, plus a 70/20/10 split of how they'll actually build the skill, 70% through experience in the room, 20% through coaching and peer learning, 10% through formal training.

Who is this plan for

Share the basics. The more context you add, the more tailored the plan. The 70/20/10 approach means most development happens in the room, not a classroom, so the room context matters.

6 to 12 months works well. Long enough to practise, short enough to check progress.
A couple of sentences about the room, team, and any QIP priorities or service initiatives worth linking to.

Development areas

Name the skills or capability areas this educator is working on. One to four areas. Each area becomes an OKR with a full 70/20/10 plan for how they'll build it. Development goals work best when you focus on a few areas at a time, rather than trying to improve everything at once.

Drafting a development plan anchored in the 70/20/10 approach, the OKR framework, and what you've told us about the educator and the room. Give it about 20 seconds.
