Onboarding Coordinator

Run onboarding across your whole service without anything slipping. A role matrix so it is not all on the Service Manager, plus a tracker for every educator in their first 90 days.

Click any cell to open the R, A, C, I picker and toggle the letters that apply (combos like A + R are supported), or drag a letter from one cell to another. Click any step name or description to edit it in place. Use + Add step at the end of a phase to add a new row, and hover a row to reveal the remove button. All changes save to this browser. Use Reset to default to return to the CLA starting matrix.

How your tracker is saved. Every change saves automatically to this browser on this device. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using a private window will lose your tracker. Use Save tracker for a confirmation that your latest edits are stored. Cross-device sync will be available when the CLA account is live.
